Point Examples

10 Points - For each individual idea chosen for implementation for improvement of customer service or community image, growth of volume or cost savings.

5 Points - For each hour volunteering in Warwick Campus fair booth, community activity or education programs or for each mention in a PressGaney survey, letter to staff with their name or by nomination by a fellow employee for customer service.

5 Points- For each hour of “non-paid work” that resulted in gift to residents/patients i.e. Foley covers, lap blankets, errands for residents etc. “Doing a Good Deed” resident transport, moving residents to other rooms (done on break or lunch).

2 Points - For each hour volunteered to a health & human service organization in the community, or participation in Warwick fund raising activities.

1 Point - For each department/area where card was sent thanking for service or care provided. Must send copy of card/letter and current list of staff on that unit.

1 Point - For each item brought into residents, i.e. Bingo prizes, cookies, etc.
