Your room is yours to decorate as you wish . Feel free to use your favorite pieces- rocking chair, family pictures, or whatever- to make you feel at home . We do provide the following:
- A single bed with a mattress
- A bedside stand
- A wardrobe closet
- Bed Linens
- Towels and wash cloths
- Curtains
- Bedspread
You should also bring items that you enjoy, or use for hobbies and leisure activities, such as:
- Knitting and crocheting supplies
- Favorite books, your Bible, and photo albums
- Radio or tape player and tapes
- Scissors and sewing kit
- Calendar
- Stationary and supplies
- Musical Instruments and sheet music
- Board games, playing cards, crossword puzzle books
- TV and stand
- Clothes Hamper
- Favorite chair
- Clock
- Floral arrangements
- Shower chair
For your safety, we do not allow extension cords, portable heaters or any heat generating devices . You may have a dormitory sized refrigerator in your room . If you have any items that require hanging, please ask your Personal Care Aide to contact our maintenance staff to hang the items for you .
