Employee Recognition Program

GOAL - To recognize and encourage Warwick Campus employees for their involvement in the campus’s present and future success.

Employees can earn points for contributing their time, thoughts and efforts toward Warwick Campus’s four strategies for future success:

1. Improve Customer Satisfaction
2. Improve Community Image
3. Grow Volume
4. Contain Costs

You can earn 1-10 points for activities in these areas --- get mentioned by customers for exceptional service, donate time to Warwick Campus and community activities, suggest ideas in any area that gets implemented. Points add up for one year and you win prizes for each 25 points.
