Some SACH patients are finding time spent in our hospital a little brighter these days.  Why? The new St. Anthony E-Cards.

Family and friends can let our patients know they are thinking of them by sending them a personalized special greeting card from our website – www.StAnthonyCommunityHosp.org.  It only takes a minute and the Patient Relations Department says the patients that receive them are thrilled. If you haven’t check our website recently I urge you to do so - it’s really looking great.

On Wednesday, July 17th, we will once again be participating in the Warwick Cablevision Employee Day of Wellness.  Thanks to those individuals who have helped organize and will be participating in this community event.

SPECIAL THANKS

I want to thank SACHA (St. Anthony Community Hospital Auxiliary) for hosting what was no doubt the party of the year - The Annual June ‘under the tent’ Party on June 16^th.  Gloria Okon, SACHA president tells me that thanks to the generosity of staff, physicians and our community, they raised over $20,000. The June Party is SACHA’s major fundraising event of the year and the proceeds from this and other SACHA events go toward the purchase of needed equipment for our Campus.  THANK YOU SACHA

A special thank you to Campus staffers who participated in the Warwick Firefighters Parade on Friday, June 28^th.  From all accounts it sounds like it was a great event. 

4^th of July Message

It gives me great joy to join with you and our nation in celebrating Independence Day. It is a day that family and friends come together to celebrate the importance of liberty, and to remember and honor those who suffered and sacrificed in its name. – Our heroes.

The tragedy of this past year has brought with it great trials.  Trials that have required great courage to withstand. I have been extremely proud of the Warwick Health Care Campus family these past months. I have seen many heroes within these walls, and I commend you for your courage and strength during this difficult time. 

Our hearts and prayers will remain with those who have lost loved ones. We will continue to provide our friends with the support they need for as long as they need.

My best wishes to each of you for a wonderful holiday … a safe holiday … as we pay tribute to this special day honoring a great nation.
